• Contact Details: Your optional WhatsApp number for customer communication.
• Order Data: Target public profile/post links, selected quantities, and delivery progress.
• Payment Proofs: Payment transaction codes, sending account identifier, and uploaded screenshot files.
• Technical Data: IP address and user agent logged automatically by hosting infrastructure for security.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use this information exclusively to:

• Verify your payment manually against our financial institution records.
• Dispatch your order to fulfillment providers and track delivery milestones.
• Prevent duplicate payment fraud, receipt recycling, and chargeback abuse.
• Maintain an immutable audit trail for legal compliance and tax accounting.

3. Retention & Screenshot Deletion

Payment proof screenshots are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage. In accordance with our privacy practices, payment screenshots are permanently deleted after 12 months. Non-identifying accounting and order metadata are retained for tax recordkeeping.

4. Third-Party Processors & No Selling of Data

We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal information. Data is processed securely by our infrastructure provider, Supabase Inc., acting as a data processor under strict confidentiality and encryption controls.

5. Your Rights & Deletion Requests
