Terms of Service

1. Service Description & Model

SMM Nepal provides social media growth reseller services for platforms including Instagram and TikTok. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our core operational model is manual payment verification. We do not use automated payment gateways or store credit cards. You pay our official accounts directly via eSewa (Nepal) or Wise (International) and submit payment proof. We manually verify transactions before initiating any service delivery.

2. Verification & Start Time

Orders are reviewed and verified manually. Delivery commences within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The time required for full completion depends strictly on the speed of the selected service package (for example, organic slow follower packages deliver 30–70 followers per day).

3. Public Account & Link Requirements

You are strictly responsible for providing a valid, full HTTPS link to your profile or post. The account must remain public from the moment an order is placed until delivery is fully completed. We cannot deliver to private accounts, and orders sent to private or incorrectly formatted links are non-refundable once approved and processed.

4. Drops & Refill Policy

Social media platforms periodically purge automated accounts. Services with "No Refill" carry no guarantee against drops. We will not issue refills or refunds for follower or engagement drops on non-refill services. Only services explicitly tagged with refill support are eligible for replacement within their specified refill window.

5. Payment Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Each payment transaction ID and screenshot may be used for exactly one order. Any attempt to submit forged receipts, duplicate transaction IDs, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and public blacklisting of associated payment identifiers.

6. Passwords & Account Security

We will never ask for your social media account password or payment account credentials. Never disclose your login credentials to anyone claiming to represent SMM Nepal.

7. Platform Terms & Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, or any other social platform. Using third-party growth services may violate a platform's terms of service. You utilize all services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order is strictly limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
